What does this mean?

We are a small clinical group practice of counselors that provides virtual individual and group counseling to adults from diverse backgrounds and various identities. Our passion is to support people to allow health into their lives by building up their own skills, loving themselves, coping with transitions in life, and getting past whatever blocks they may have.

Supporting the counseling profession and education is important to us. To grow the counseling profession and access to mental health care we provide training for master's and doctoral level students towards completing their graduate programs.

As well as opening up internship opportunities for undergraduate students to gain experience in the clinical mental health setting while determining their personal and professional career goals.
