People often come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, even when they have spent years managing responsibilities and holding things together. Anxiety, low mood, relationship stress, or major life transitions can slowly build until it becomes difficult to sort through what you are feeling on your own.

I approach therapy as a thoughtful, collaborative process focused on helping you better understand yourself and the patterns shaping your life. Together, we can explore how your experiences, relationships, and environment influence the way you cope, relate, and make sense of challenges. My goal is to support clarity, emotional balance, and meaningful change that feels realistic and sustainable for you.

Reaching out for support takes courage. I strive to offer a steady, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and taken seriously. I work with individuals and couples facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, identity changes, relationship difficulties, and the impact of long-standing life experiences. I do not rush the process and work at a pace that honors both safety and growth.

I am a master’s-level Clinical Mental Health Counseling student completing my clinical training through Northwestern University at The Family Institute. I provide counseling services under the supervision of licensed clinical supervisors and receive ongoing individual and group supervision through both my clinical site and university program.

It can be incredibly difficult to wake up each morning, grappling with feelings of uncertainty about how to face the day and wondering whether you have the mental health support needed to help you along the way. Our lives can be so filled with the priorities of others, that we forget how important it is to take care of ourselves. We each carry a unique set of goals, yet the path to achieve them may feel overwhelming, especially if we are navigating them alone.

Imagine getting up in the morning and seeing a clear path ahead. I'm committed to being your ally on this journey, encouraging you to take care of yourself and cultivate your ambitions. Together, we can explore strategies and insights that empower you to live life to the fullest terms.

Entering therapy can be a daunting step, and I deeply understand the courage it takes to seek help. I honor your journey and the vulnerability it requires.

I am master's  level student who is completing their hours towards graduation of my counseling program at Northwestern University, The Family Institute. As a counselor in training I will receive weekly individual supervision and group supervision onsite as well as supervision from my university.

I have been working for CBH medical for 2.5 years now and was recently moved to Director of Mental Heath Services.

We do comprehensive medical and mental health services for multiple different jails including, New York, Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina.

My role is to support and manage our onsite mental health providers like LPCs, LCPCs, LCSWs, and our provisionally licensed providers.

As well, I manage our psychiatric NPs and psychiatrists.

My role is both a blend of administrative duties as well as clinical as it comes to covering caseloads for other onsite providers and aiding the jails in revamping their standard operating procedures to align with ours in good ACA and NCCHC practice.
